How we handle your data

This page explains, in plain language, what VHMS Tecnologia does with the data you send through the contact form. It covers the site vhmstecnologia.com.br.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: your name, one contact (e-mail or phone) and the description of your idea. We also store which page you came from and the site language, so we know what brought you here. We do not collect your IP address, we use no tracking cookies, and we build no browsing profile.

Why we collect it

To reply to you and assess the project you described. The legal basis is your consent (art. 7, I of Brazil's LGPD), given when you tick the authorisation box before sending.

Who we share it with

Nobody, for commercial purposes. The data sits in a Postgres database (Neon) and the notification is delivered by e-mail through Resend. Those vendors act purely as processors, handling the data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation is active, and up to 24 months after the last contact. After that the record is deleted.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Just write to victor.hms1993@gmail.com — we reply within 15 days.
